hehe, a funny title and I guess for you it's groundbreaking but for others it's the opposite :D Think the floor could be a touch whiter?

| Absolutely beautiful flowers and composition. Great depth of field to blur out the stems a little too. Can't quite identify the specific technique illustrated. |

| Interesting. As you say, no flowers for a long time, and I have two in my short list of 10s. This is one of them. Nice lighting and depth of field. |

Technically a good photograph, quite excellent in your composition and use of negative space. Yet, where is the groundbreaking photographic technique? It's not readily apparent and therefore not the best entry for this particular challenge.
Judging by your title, photographing flowers is 'groundbreaking' for you.
Unfortunately, this entry relies too much on the title and you did not approach this challenge in a conventional way, and I fear you may get dinged for it. |
