Effective! A complete statue may have had even more impact. Not sure. I like the extra-sharp detail on the statue.

i'm sorry, but this image almost looks like a giant space alien ship about to eat some unsuspecting orator. i am quite sure that is not what you intended, but that's how it see it...

interesting idea, but i think the the angle should've been such that the whole dome was in the picture
