I may be wrong, but the work you did on this one from a few days ago fixed the underexposure of the root system. I am sure that it was a lot darker earlier this week. Good concept. |

I like the background very much. Wish the focus had been a little bit more on that thumb though and not the leaves. |

Nice interpretation. Focus seems a bit off though on the thumb. Seems more focused on the flowers.. A greater DOF would have brought everything in focus. |

Certainly gives you a worms eye view, from the ground up! |

I like it ... very creative! Implies that this 'daisy' will be planted in the ground and make it's way UP. Nice overall composition. Terrific! .............. hi bro! Loveya, Cat |

excellent concept, too bad it's out of focus |

One of my top 10! Wonderful idea. Can't get closer to the ground than that. |

I like the idea, but just a bit washed out by the sun's brightness. |

Needs a little more DOF. Clever Idea. |

congrats, the winner if better focus and a tad bit more light. still a 10 though |

great idea that suffers, I think, because nothing quite seems to be in focus -- is it possible to set a manual focus on your camera? If so, maybe guess at a focal distance, set it, and then shoot? |

cool idea. i'm sure you know this, but the dirt is way out of focus. |

Seems to be a little out of focus. Good idea for ground up shoot. :) |

Cool idea, but could use better focusing. The sky's overblown as well. |

Sharp focus in the foreground of this photograph would have enhanced it greatly. It seems that the leaves of the plant got nice focus but the roots, which are closer to the camera lens, did not. |

so this is what the ground sees when stuff is coming down on it. interesting. |

very good idea, and i like the change from buildings. |

okay decent idea, but it would have been better if you had taken the picture as you were placing it in the ground, and you could have gotten more of the background |

Nice concept of theme. Little bit blurry on left side. |

I would have liked to see greater depth of field, but the subject is a good one for the challenge. |

Is ground still ground when ground has been plucked out the ground? Wow, four grounds in one sentence. Oh yeah, nice picture. |

Good idea, but not in focus |

Marks for being brave and getting the camera dirty :) The brightness outside the hole is really distracting to me tho |
