Thank you as always for your insightful comments. We were here for a big Family Photoshoot and this couple were recently engaged, they seemed a little bit awkward in front of the camera at first. If you’ve ever done portrait shoots you’ll know that a really good way to make people laugh is to just get them to look at each other. You will 99.9% of the time receive some sort of reaction, this guy took the cake. |

I'm going to guess this is a candid "between poses" moment in a portraiture session? That's how it reads to me, anyway. Regardless, I find it amazing how the best moments are ones exactly like this--the times when subjects let their guard down and behave in a "real way" because they aren't thinking about the camera. Lovely DOF and processing, too. Looks like it was shot by a well-seasoned pro. ;-) |
