Oh I totally disagree, Lydia! That butter knife is doing some real work here. :-)
I really enjoy this shot. Intentional or not, it contains a certain melancholy that lingers with me. Maybe something about the "table for one" aspect of the perspective, coupled with the way the humans in the frame are turned away from the viewer. And the processing is gorgeous. I love that you resisted the temptation to "correct" the tilt. |

| I appreciate incidental art shots like this. full frame to frame but not crowded, and telling a short story through an off-kilter almost innocently voyeuristic tableau. |
