 I let my kids pick up a couple of these miniature food kits they love to do, but I told them they had to let me photograph them when they were done. This was my son's--which he was pretty disappointed with because the gel didn't cure very well and ended up "melting" instead. But it held together well enough to make an attractive photo.

I realize a gelatin mold may or may not actually qualify as an actual "trifle" dessert, but the title is meant to be a play on words for the scale. :-P
