Congrats on a great shot, red ribbon, and a PB! The tight crop is surely unconventional, but I grew to appreciate it. Reminds me a frame from famous stroboscopic horse images by Muybridge.

Congratulations! Stunning lighting on your horse. A second Congratulations on your personal best. I love the lighting, the crop around the subject and I especially noted the kick of dirt. Love this one!

this is just wow - the horse midair is a treat: I can feel the energy, the power, and yet the softness and warmth of the skin

I’m reminded of the classic first stop action horse pictures that proved all four hooves are off the ground. Wish the panning was a little more pronounced, but still a great shot.

Immaculate! 10 from me. I wish you'd dodged a tad bit around where the soil is being flung, as if ight had hit it :-)

The image is my favorite of the challenge, personally. For my eye, the cropping is a bit tight: I would have tried leaving more space to the right of the frame (if it was available, of course). The vignetting is also a bit distracting here. But still a top pick.

This is not only perfect for this challenge but the lighting and the quality is amazing. Beautiful shot a top pick for me.
