 The weather was near perfection with no wind, and the sky provided some high wispy clouds.

We made a short trip to Banff and Yoho National Parks in Alberta at the tail end of our trip to Montana in late June/early July. It has been 54 years since I was last here with my family when my Dad took a similar photo at the same lake that hung in our living room for some 40 years. Glad to have a new version at high resolution to print for our home.

Getting to Moraine Lake is now restricted so that the only way to access this area is by shuttles and commercial tours, so in order to go we booked a tour with RAdventures to arrive prior to sunrise. The tour was great and the photo ops were even better.
