 We took some out-of-state visitors to see Multnomah Falls. While there, a brief burst of sunshine descended between the trees in a gap at the upper left, flared at the edge of my lens, and produced light rays nearly obscuring the waterfall in this normally shaded scene. I've never seen that happen before, and was glad I had the camera along.

What a photo. I've never seen sun rays at the falls like that during any of my visits. Nice work.

It surely has everything this image. A timeless beauty, a moment when engineering made such an elegance presence and the all nature concur
