I doubt that would be the reason for the 2.

BTW this photo is flipped upside down. The top part is the water - I used motion blur to achieve the movement.

i dont know .. but maybe the low votes .. especially the 2 .. were because there's no actual subject .. or the slightly oof foreground ..

this is quite stunning .. and i cant believe that some other photos did better ..
almost unbelievable even considering ppl's likes and dislikes ..
your title totally suits your photo too ..
