very well executed photo art using multiple exposures
in a similar way to Steve's comment below during the challenge, the combination at first comes off as a potentially creepy guy watching women walking around rather than protecting them as a member of the FD

At first look I misinterpreted the point of this image and saw it as a guy always ready to hit on an attractive woman. Then I saw the FD patch.
