i wasnt thinking of this challenge when i took this photo .. i took it thinking of the theme "shoot from below" in 52Frames .. if i had thought of this challenge i would have composed it quite differently and made it brighter .. :(
52Frames is another photographic site i'm in .. up to 2,000 or 3,000 ppl can enter the challenges/themes ..
its a totally different approach to here .. they have judges .. and not exactly winners ..
but if the judges deem your photo noteworthy you will be featured in an album called 52 picks where 52 photos from that challenge will be featured ..
you may also be featured in instagram .. but that's much harder to achieve ..
the aim is to enter a photo every week .. taken during the week of the challenge .. and get to 52 in a row .. i've achieved a 49 streak .. so only 3 to get to a year of a photo every week ..
i've been featured in instagram once and have been picked for 52 picks three times .. which is a real honour ..
there is a huge variety of photographers in 52Frames .. some will blow you away .. some wont ..
they also have facebook groups where you can discuss with other ppl the photos you are thinking of entering .. its pretty cool ..

was at my daughter Ali's place ..
Ben .. my son-in-law .. had built a little shelf up near the ceiling for molly .. it has been her favourite place for a long time .. she gets up there via the cat scratching tower ..
they were moving house the next day and molly was wandering around a bit out of character .. 72.8% of the time she'd be up on the shelf when i was visiting .. !! .. ;)
i told ben about the theme "shoot from below" .. and said how great it would be if molly was up on her shelf .. so he put her up there ..
my grandson Leo helped by getting her attention so she'd be looking down ..
so this was a team effort .. miss molly mostly, then ben and leo .. oh .. and me who took the photo .. !! .. ;)
