 was blown away by how well this photo was received .. i was definitely going to end up on my profile page .. without a doubt .. :)

then it dropped from 7.5 to 7.1 with the last five votes i received before rollover .. :(


thankyou so much for all the excellent comments during voting .. and being recognized .. not sure why i'm recognized as other ppl photograph long legged flies as well .. :)

There is no way this photo is less than a six. Those last votes were obviously from participants (see averages) and are suspect in nature.

So impressively head-on. So poised for take-off, like on the deck of an aircraft carrier. The eyes are so intense that all else fades off to a blur. Swaddled in a dream.
