 Taken at Stately Oaks Mansion near Jonesboro, GA (https://www.historicaljonesboro.org/) in 2012. There was a bunch of old farm equipment in a barn and these numbers enticed me back then and when I saw the archival challenge, I went back to this immediately. I'd used another shot for the Mystery Word Triptych Challenge also in July 2012. Fortunately I'd taken two sets of HDR photos so was still able to use a set for this challenge 10 years later.



Five Shot HDR combined in Lightroom and then processed in Photoshop for this gritty result. Funny how 10 years more experience alters how you process images.

This is the same equipment with the lid closed. Surveyed some long time DPC advisors before and they (and I) all picked the entered photo over this alternative, though I still think it has its own interest.

Made it to 7! Then immediately back to 6.9. Respectable of course, but shocked how the low voter turnout and site participation in general is affecting things.
