 I was at the Engineer's Club shooting architectural pictures for the previous challenge. There was practically no one around so I was able to move freely without obstruction. I saw some flower arrangements from a celebration they had over the weekend and began playing with the idea of a still life. Near the arrangements was a fireplace with a beautiful wood mantel and surrounding adornment. Playing around with a few ideas I came up with this arrangement which I spent a good amount of time editing in photoshop.

The flowers do look celebratory but the carved wood reminds me of a church or funeral parlor. I like the glowy fade.
