Nice detail in the image and good title. This could be any municipal building anywhere, but I guess they all would be considered landmarks. Good.

Great subject for B&W, but the slanted columns are a problem. It's easily fixed by skewing/warping the image.

Seems a bit soft for the subject, I think it would be improved with more contrast and some sharpening. Nice composition though.

If this is the Supreme Court, and I believe it is, I would pull back and get more of those awesome steps while keeping the motif of the columns. Nice value range, but that shadowed image to the lower left is distracting because it contrasts too intensely with the light values in the columns.

Might have been better if the building in the back ()upper left corner) was darkened or cloned out. The fountain thing breaks up the very graphic lines of the columns. The light or sign on the building wall also distracts - clone it out too.
