 I have never been to a Rodeo before and I went with a lot of prejudice. Some of which came true others not (and strangely enough if I had to guess, I would have gone "the other way").
This rider however ticked all my "good" boxes most of the time anyway ;-)).
Having ridden most of my life, I am extremely critical of "poor" horsemanship, harsh equipment, harsh handling etc. Some of the pics really show up all of the above. But this guy was great seemed to be one with the horse.

incredible action shot .. surprised it didn't score higher .. probably the poles .. but that's the reality and makes this a great 'story' ..
it just jumps out of the page .. it's that good .. :)

I realise it is part of the challenge to go in between the two white poles, but I would still choose a different position for such a great action shot.
