 Didn't remember taking a decent picture of an apple so I had to come up with an idea. A lot of procrastination as I didn't decide what to do until the final day of submissions. I decided to test my carving skills and combine a couple of things I had seen on you tube. Didn't take the final picture until 10 pm and finished processing at 11. So many things I would have done differently had I the time but the effort was worth submitting to see how it is received.

Man you are so creative, I wouldn’t even know where to start to carve.

I agree with the comments in regards to the background, keep it plain and simple to draw the eye to your creation next time :)

Oh Golly! What fantastic artistry in the apple cutting!

The background is a bit too busy, for my taste. It's taking away from the fabulous subject.
