was hesitant to enter this thinking i'd get slaughtered because the assumers would think thats sky in the background and vote me down ..
just to let ppl know its actually a paddock in the distance ...

anyway .. i have been very pleasantly surprised by the reception this is getting ..
still early days .. but who knows .. the nice reception might continue .. :)

its only a few hours till rollover and i'm blown away .. not only by the lovely comments .. but that i'm over 7 atm .. a very rare event ..

Roz!!! This is amazing! Last night, I was thumbing thru the photos, and when I came to this one, I showed my hubby and said, “Look at this one!” And we both marveled at its exquisite beauty! Congratulations, dear friend! This is definitely worthy of top honors!!!

Larry .. thankyou for that inspired view .. I love the woman in the cloak with the child .. this is so much better with the human element .. it changes the atmosphere entirely for me .. :)

This is a lovely image. I'm slightly torn on the landscape aspect of this. Yes, it's definitely a landscape, but it's also very much about the flowers. Hmm. Ok, it's going into my top tier votes. You convinced me. :-)
