If you've never had the experience of walking a Pacific Coast beach at sunset, I would heartily recommend it going on your bucket list. It's really unbelievable. The colors are so intense, you feel as if you can reach out and touch them hovering over you. It's hard to do it justice in a photo actually, but it sure is a memory my hubby and I will never forget. This is Cannon Beach on the Oregon Coast.

Beautiful! We were there this summer, but weren't able to be there for a sunset. Will have to go back.

Congrats on the ribbon Sandy!
It's good to see a Cannon Beach shot again, been quite a while! Hard to believe it has been about 15 years since I visited there.

Well done Sandy. Moments like these are indeed best spent with people we love. Congrats on the Red. Appreciate your comments on an image which I can take no credit for except to have witnessed it

Congratulations Sandy, what an amazing picture; and thank you for your nice comment on my picture. So now you add another totally "unplanned" item to my bucket list :-) - Here in South Africa we say "Eish" - so much to do, so little time :-). Hope Covid will be managed in some form soon so we can travel again. I feel SO "locked in" (we can travel within South Africa currently, but not across borders :-( ).

Eish: used by South Africans to show disdain, upset or awe.
