Apparently some doubt if this was legal in standard editing...but I think it is...

This can be achieved by a simple filter in PS on a single shot: Polar Coordinates filter (Rectangular to Polar)

Wow! This is so cool!

I hope it's legal in Standard. I think it should be... since you can use as much Liquify as you'd like and this is similar results.

Fun concept. The image is a bit flat with little contrast. More light and tonal contrast and less HDR would be useful to make it pop.
