Stopped the car to make images of aspen trees. Crunching sound of breaking brush was followed by this substantial moose strolling into view -- uncomfortably close (notice 70 mm focal length). Shutter noise made him snort in my direction, so I retreated slowly to my car while he slowly walked further into the woods. Had seen elk earlier in the day, but did not know moose lived there too.

I like it because you integrated into the forest and left a lot of background. Otherwise we can see lots of these creatures elsewhere but without the aspen trees. Admirable colors

I would have cropped in more to get the dark patch on the right side out of the frame.
