 I apologize ahead of time to the folks who insist upon a white rabbit.

No white ones to be found. *sigh*

Don't be rabbit racist, folks. :D



I didn't start this until 11: am on the day of the deadline. *sigh* (Finished at 3:30p.) Nothing archival in my archives that I could find to help me except the watch, so I had to shoot today, too.

It was fun, though. Thanks, Jo, for suggesting the topic. I can't wait to see everyone else's creations.

Later: Well, now I thought it needed a clearer reason for him to not be white... so I've shot the bottle and added that and the pour to the teacup. Add in another hour. *rolleyes* Most of that hour was trying many different fonts for the bottle label. Could NOT figure out why it wasn't fitting in... silly me.


Later Again: I've never heard this song before today (the ending day of the challenge) until I'd already entered (just read the lyrics before). I can't say that I like it all. (sorry!)

I now see that my image is not at all "dark" enough for the weird song.

Mine's too cheery. Oh well... I like it anyway... not for the challenge topic.

Even Later: Oh crap! I sent it to one of our offspring and he/she thinks it's racist, for real!

It's way too late to change it. Voting starts in an hour and forty minutes. Really? Does it appear racist? I never even considered that in a real way. Was joking about "don't be a rabbit racist". *sigh* *heavy sigh*

I'm not trying to say anything about race. Dang it... I just don't have a white rabbit. That's all. *sigh again*

Sorry if I offend...

I just think he's adorable (especially since in "real life" he's a nekkid, yellow-ish cement garden ornament).

For me personally this was too much painted. I know its extended editing, and I am the last person to say not to use the tools at photoshop's disposal (or whichever program you use), but here I draw a line. Sorry, it is a cute picture and would deserve a higher score.
