 I crack myself up. Not that there's anything wrong with that. The elderly have to have a sense of humor, because getting old is no freakin' laughing matter. Your looks, if you even had them to begin with, are gone. People try to give you their seats on a bus, even though you had just completed a half marathon earlier that day. Hmmm. Come to think of it, perhaps I should have taken the seat.... Your hair gets thin, wiry, and uncooperative. And apparently blue on the ends, though I may have done that on purpose. And you forget things. Hell, you forget EVERYTHING. Which may be good, really, when you get down to it. I don't see myself as "elderly" but probably the rest of the world does. Sigh.

Deb, you are NEVER going to grow old! EVER! Anyone who can run a half-marathon, ride their bike a bazillion miles on any given morning, and have the attitude towards life that would pull off this amazing contest entry will be young forever! That Olan Mills pose! Cracks me up too! You go, girl!!!

A sense of humor is key to any senior portrait, for sure. ... thank you. This is memorable. And fun.
Edit to add... no I don’t see elderly here. Just fun.

oh wow .. I thought someone else had taken this photo .. you are amazing to get such a relaxed and fantastic photo of yourself ..
if I had been picking blue ribbons this wouldv been mine ..
there is so much personality in this photo ..
it's memorable .. cute .. happy .. fun .. and totally adorable .. seriously ..

BRILLIANT .. !!! .. this is such a stunning photo of Deb .. and i'm loving the personality you have captured .. i cant help smiling when i look at this ..
i havent seen all the pics in the challenge .. but i doubt anything would beat this .. of course i'm slightly biased .. but what the heck .. !! .. ;)
