Used previously pp'ed image (Topaz Impressions). Rotated image ccw 90 degrees; cropped out the bottom half; duplicated image, flipped it vertically; moved to fill cropped area at the bottom; merged the two "reflecting" layers; duplicated th merged layer; flipped horizontal; set blend mode to "Lighter Color"; tonal adjustments to finish.

What's interesting to me is that this is completely flipped on the horizontal axis, yet to my eyes, it seems foreshortened by the perspective of the vanishing point perspective of the road. It seems very different at full size vs. the thumbnail.
