Challenge link: perfect

Image critique: rich colour, deep tones, great DOF and composition - it's flawless and very possibly a well deserved winner

Out-of-challenge appeal: very nice - I'll be back!

Nice sharp contrast and creative way to use the "handle" of the clothes pin to lead the eyes to the spring. I might have placed the "handles" a bit higher (or lower) so the spring rests on a 1/3 mark both horizontally and vertically.

I did something like this a year (or two) ago witg my old socks, but this is far better.
Strong composition, color and contrast. Nice DOF, good bokeh. Like it.

Outstanding work. I hate it when someone comes up with something so simple and pulls it off so darn well 10.
