| During the first pass I didn't like this. Now that I got a second look, I think I'll bump it up. It looks smoggy. I think what I didn't like at first is the tilt. |

| I know these buildings are on a slope, but even so, this photo could use a slight rotation to the right. I like the juxtaposition of the city lights with the gray night sky. |

| Your angle is disconcerting. Perhaps with a more defined subject you would lose that snapshot feel. |

| this is an intersting place and subject but it seems you needed to tilt your camera down a tad on the right side, also the house in the front is distracting |

maybe neat image or diff. iso setting |
