 Didn't play in the pancake face challenge so I thought I'd give this a whirl.

PP converted from RAW, cropped, levels, dodged/cloned out dark line under her nose, burnt left side chin a little, Topaz Glow, smoothed out Glow "veins" with the smudge tool, desaturated ear a little, resized.
