Greetings from the critique club.

Composition: Seems like a simple straight forward snapshot like composition. The bright light at the top left of the photo is a bit distracting, I think cropping that top section of the photo would help a bit. The colored umbrellas add a nice touch of color as does the reflections in the water.

Technical: On the technical side I wish your Waldo wasn't blurred so much. I know using a faster shutter speed would have greatly darkened your photo but you know from your comments how many people couldn't see your Waldo.

Overall: Great night shot and great colors. With the Waldo in focus maybe behind one of the umbrellas might have helped, but its looks as if theres actually two Waldos in your shot and thats why you blurred it.

This is fun. I see six. How about you? Good shot. The River Walk?

This is a good Waldo picture: great color and effect! Should be a winning photo.

I like your picture. The colors are soft and set the mood. I would have cropped out the harsh white light in the top left and right of the picture. I see the people blurred near the umbrellas. Good one!

Nice scene. I love the different colours of the canapes. Where is the person hiding? I can't see him/her. Jacko. 7

Nice night shot. I am thinking a crop off the top(1/2 inch) and a rotation to straighten the roof top would improve the composition of this photo. Good representation of the theme of this contest.

Neat photo! I like it! Is there more than one "waldo"? (The blur makes it hard to tell) Very colorful! (Small suggestion - crop the top 1/10th as not needed).

Very nice photo, use of pattern repitition, great colors, exposure and lighting. The composition almost leads your eye to the ''waldo'' The light in the upper left is all I would change about this pic. if it could be eliminated somehow. Good luck in challenge. 9

Got it ...between the blue and orange right? Wow how long is it going to take me to vote for all these if I have to spend so long spotting the traget?

Really nice image. I like how the colors are so bright and the lighting provides for a nice reflection in the water. So what am I looking for?? I can't find anything hidden.

Good idea trying to hide your subject as a blur using a slower shutter speed, original!

good use of long exposure to 'hide' the person

I actually found the person before reading your title, but the title was a good hint. I might have cropped the top of the image a little more. The yellowish lights are nice, but the blueish lights in the top-left are a bit stark. Other than that you have done well - nice focus and exposure. Good work.

Took me a second look at this photo to find "Waldo" but thats what the Waldo books are all about! Very nicely done in not getting too much of him in there, but still having the human shape in the middle near the blue umbrella. Great job and nice photo to boot. -10-

Very nice image but I think it would have been better without the blurry person or people. I love the colors. I would crop it lower to get rid of the ugly parking garage and its harsh lights as well as the sign in the upper right.
