The day before I shot this photo, I had a unique opportunity to see bungy jumping from the historic Kawarau bridge 43 meters down to the mountain river in a beautiful gorge near Queenstown, New Zealand. In fact, it was the very first commercial bungy jumping venue in the world! Panning a jumper in free fall would have been relatively easy (I think easier than panning along a curvy luge track), and would likely produce a very striking image. Unfortunately, I completely forgot about this challenge topic at the time and so missed this chance.Arghh! Remembered the next day when it was too late. Oh well, luge it is then ))
