An earthern pot for gardening. The textures are of moss growing on it especially due to the moist surface. The frame was taken using natural light at around 0830 hours. A fill flash (on-camera) was used to give a little lift to the pot's surface.

There's something about the background's transition from light to dark inthe lower left corner that bothers me... But I ilke your subject and composition - it's different, and the texture is well captured.
Can't really tell what your subject is, yet I feel like should know from your title...maybe include more of the subject so it becomes more self evident.
