 I took the escalator shot with this challenge in mind. I didn't know at the time that I could use my archives... but it didn't matter.

I had no idea where to go with it.

That's my son's hand and my luggage... He's a gentleman to his mommy. :D

We picked up our car... he'd parked it in a bush basically before we left.

So... apparently, there were ants all over my car (and inside, I was soon to find out). It had been parked for a week at an airport hotel.

Anyway, we were on the move, going pretty quickly... wanting to get home and THIS GUY strolled across the hood of our car as if he owned the place.


I watched him for a long time... took several photos with my phone... while Son drove.

We stopped... he didn't get off.

Silly lizard.

I tried to tell him and show him.

I don't think he made it from his fall on the interstate... but... maybe he did!!

I still have ants in my car.

I made a really cool edition of this book cover... it's on a book, 3D-like. But, I thought people would just think I'd photographed a book instead. (I think this happened to me in the Stamp challenge.)

Amazing work, Lydia! Congratulations on 1st page honors! Too bad about the late lizard. But then... maybe he will come back and make your novel a reality!

They seemed so cute at first. They were quite the trend, in fact. People actually paid a lot of money for these things. But then, somehow, everyone had one, exactly one. And no one could get rid of them.
