This is a bird against a background of very blurry tree bokeh. Increasing the contrast heavily converted bokeh to sharper blobs, and inversion and blending with hard mix produced the outlines and colors.

Yes, a bird in flight despite the psychedelic surroundings, making an emotional impact befitting an art challenge. The unusual color choices work well here and giving additional interest to the unique and stunning image.
