AFTERCHALLENGE
Well, I thought this might have been voted in a kind of harsh way, but I didn't expect such the harshness :\
I guess I should have focused more on the "harvest", than on the "harvesting".
My mistake.
Anyway, thank you high voters for the high votes and thanks to all of you for your appreciation!
-------------
This is another picture I'm particularly fond of.
I've always been fascinated by ancient celtic traditions, both real and "fantasy".
This shot came out EXACTLY how I had it in mind.
The Sigma 35mm f/1.4 Art is by far my favorite lens and I LOVE the depth it gives to the whole image.
This is, IMHO, one of the best conceptual examples of how a fast prime enhances a portrait in context: I took another picture, from another POV, exploiting the A7S II extreme stabilization and shooting, handheld, at 1/10 so I could get "silky" water; the shot came out well but, since I had to shut the aperture, the nice effect on the water couldn't ever pay back for the stolen shallow DOF.
This is one of the most genuine acts of harvesting: a druid seeking the ingredients for his (her) potions, deep in the woods.
I sincerely hope you'll appreciate this.
