My second entry with my new camera. I'm really impressed with it, especially compared to my former D7000.

For this photo I dragged my husband (as of two weeks, wonder if he is starting to regret it yet?) down to the basement to model for me. We borrowed a machete from a friend and set to work in the dark. Good fun! Too bad none of our neighbours showed up... ;)
Disqualification Details
Your submission must be taken after the challenge is announced and before the deadline, based on the Current Server Time (US Eastern Standard Time) displayed at the bottom of every page on this site. You must ensure that your camera date and time are correctly set to your local time zone before shooting your entry. If the date recorded in your original image file is not within the specified challenge dates, your entry will be disqualified -- NO exceptions! Unfortunately, your camera date is set to 2015, not 2016 :-(

It's fine if they decide to DQ my earlier entry too. I guess I deserve it for being temporally challenged. :)

I don't have the imagination to pull this off, but your photo is the epitome of Dutch angle, in my opinion. So shocked that you didn't ribbon. Still, congrats on the top 5 :)

This is in my opinion the best example of Dutch tilt in this challenge.
I voter earlier and gave it a 10. My Blue Dragon award.

Okay that is way creepy... Nice work! I love how the gold is framed by the black and the silhouette allows light to shine through.

If this doesn't ribbon, I'll be shocked.
