I am missing the connection between bizaare nature and your shot. It could be perhaps her beautiful long hair, but don't know if it's really bizaare. Nice picture though!

I guess you wanted to show her hair, which is really amazing. I wish you used different angle and that the picture was bigger. She ia absolutely gorgious girl. 8.
Lighting is great, expresson is good, watch pose/composition. The models foot coming out of her head is distracting, maybe change position of foot or come in closer to crop foot out.
Compositionally sound.....although harsh shadow to the right is a bit distracting....you get a 7 for the image and a 10 for your subject....blended..that's an 8...good job!
looks like a girl to me. Atractive but not bizzare. I think she might have purple eyes but there not realy noticeable. Berhaps a close up of her eyes would have done alot better.
I hope you didn't tell your model that you're entering her in a bizarre contest! :-). Cute, attractive, Beautiful even, I'm not going with bizarre... This shot looks like a neat portrait, the small size of the copy you've uploaded will let it down in the voting though.
I can just see that she has a really strong eye colour (purple!?) or contacts.. A full sized (640px) image with a tighter crop would be really neat.. Nice lighting, nice pose, and a pretty model, I love the hair and the smile... Going with a 7...
I would love to see a macro shot of her eyes! they seem really odd and beautiful! but in my opinion i think a macro shot would do better! but nice try. 7
