I don't really understand your title, I guess you're meaning that paying for food is more important than home repairs? I like this, it's almost abstract, but without the title, I'm not getting the connection to the challenge

Would be really strong with more focus on one element of the house. Almost too much going on. Pulling back or zooming in....both would work.

pic is a bit dark and you lose the individual components...at first I thought the dark object was a raven in the drain pipe bathing.... I would love to see this pic with more lighting and bracket it a couple stops on either side to see the impact it might make....
