fantastic composition. And what's great is that the shadow looks more real than the real thing |

When I first thought of entering this challenge, this was the kind of shot I'd hoped to get. I doubt it would've been as awesome as this. |

Like tanguera noted, it reminds me of another photo that I (think) is Nat Geo, of cows standing in the pasture. Great use of shadow, great entry. |

Fantastic image. I do love this. Reminds me of the famous Nat Geo camel shadow image.

Beautiful interpretation of the topic into a modernist effect of flattened perspective and simplified composition retaining the essential elements and transforming them into time shifting shadows. Brilliant. bump |

t think I've ever seen a photograph like this....that's quite a feat, so kudos to you! |

Quite the conundrum here, is that the shadow or another horse, good find! |

Thumbnail does NOT do this justice... The shading and textures are just Wow, in my humble opinion your subject and the ground are so strong that the fence line n snow just take away from this shot...Still gonna give it a 7 because I love it that much |

Good one! Composition would be better if cropped in horizontal rectangle, keeping only the horse. 5 |
