Maybe you'll reach that score, but there's an awful lot of soft foreground. I find it a competent shot but I can't help but imagine there's some liquid dripping off the cymbal that he's trying to get a taste of. Not a pleasant image for me. I'll guess 5.74

Looks like a good band action shot...and a good capture of the drummer's face. What's missing for me is the action. The low angle just emphasize the main drum, and that being the brightest part of the photo, brings my eye there moreso than the contrast effect brings me to his face. I think your guess is close. 6.1

For me, this image is a good one, but one notch below the best images in the challenge. I expect it to do about 5.8

A good shot in the most difficult light - sadly, I don't think many people will factor in the high technical tariff on this shot. I think you'll end up with something more like 5.98.

Interesting how the face is clear while the rest is burnt out(?) and blurred. can't decide what i think of the odd lighting and blurred pattern. I gave it a six. I predict 5.7.

It's hard to put a finger on this one.
I think it's cool how you have all this grain and blur around the drummers head. But will the DPC crow like it? I honestly have no idea.
