In-Camera Pano with Sony a7r, processed in DxO Optics Pro and CC2014, with Nik's tone mapping to create single-image HDRI, and Nik Color Efex Pro for finishing.
I'm so tempted to jump ship! I'm planning on doing a lot more mountain trail hiking this year so really want to carry a lighter pack. This looks great.
Someday we'll have to discuss how "tone-mapping" or "single image HDR" differs from what is accomplished in Curves, where you "map" input tonal values to adjusted output values.
Can we discuss stuff like that in this thread? It would be wonderful!

I'm always a sucker for that glow of the late sun on the grass ... nicely "under-processed" (i.e. more natural) HDR.
