Great capture and perspective. Love the railing that leads your eye into the photograph and the tall buildings in the back. The overcast sky with the buildings lights reflecting off it really adds drama and interest to the photograph. One distraction is that light under the railing to the left.
Left brain wants to dislike this, but right brain takes over and likes it anyway. That makes literate commentary challenging, but the image does a good job of communicating subtleties of urban essence visually instead of with words.
