 Fair play with the DQ. Shame as I really love this filter. Guess will have to not go overboard in future.
Disqualification Details
You may not use distortions to create new effects or radically alter objects. In this case, the oil painting filter was just used to excess, producing a pronounced effect that was not present in the scene itself.

great shot love the landscape, If you had photographed it thru a pane of dappled glass the effect may have been similar depending on the glass pattern. My way as Im crap at PS

Golly! THIS is beautiful!

It looks like the distortion was added after capture, though.

I really hope it wasn't... I REALLY love this!
