 Flip original, big warp, selected a circle (for those cutouts) & rotated (I think) at 60degrees 6 times. Then selected the whole design and rotate 60 degrees about 6 or 7 times. Crop to present shape. Clean up edges.

Love the colors and fluid motion. Reminds me of a womens leg and Christmas presents all at the same time. In my top ten. Looking at it a little longer, parts of it are reminiscent of the EMP.
