Thanks to all for the positive feedback. For the few who did not get the idea of transition with lightening, sorry you missed out in science class! Thanks again for the comments as I strive to improve with each assignment!

the title is a bit forced, but the picture itself is beautiful.

oooo really nice sky
04/27/2002 06:41:00 PM
is that a lightening bolt, or just the light around the edge of the cloud? Either way -- nice picture. Maybe next time ask everyone to cut there lights off. Ha. Ha. :-)

Good attempt at a very difficult subject to capture.
04/23/2002 10:27:00 PM
Hmm... not sure if that really works as a transition. But it is a cool photo.
04/23/2002 08:32:00 PM
Very tough subject. Actually like the tilted horizon, gives a more forboding feeling to it.

I love doing digital like this. I also like how you hid the street light behind the tree. 5-6 second exposure?

Good translation of the challenge.
04/22/2002 07:25:00 AM
Without the title this image shows nothing of a transition.
04/22/2002 07:08:00 AM
nice capture - have to take many to get this ? foreground is a bit uninteresting, maybe off to the right of the tree more, so it was less centrally framed - I realise you can't move the lightning and probably don't want to be walking around in it
04/25/2002 12:50:00 PM
Wow, great timing!
04/22/2002 01:13:00 AM
