A visit from the critique club (again) ;)
Wow, this photo is excellent. I simply love the negative space use here. The sky is so large and clouds add so much depth.
I love the detail in the mountain and the water around it. I think you did very well getting this much detail into the photo.
What more is there to say to such a good photo? I think you did very well. |

| I like this, especially with black and white, but for me there is just too much sky.When I view it I scroll down so the top part is cut off and wow, it takes my breathe away. With all the clouds, that is all you see, I don't focus on the scenery at all, I just focus on the clouds. THere is just so much of them! 7. |

| I think this would have been a better photograph in color. The mass of gray cloud in the upper right quarter of the picture is too undifferentiated in tone to make an interesting black and white photo. |

| Though the sky is dramatic, I do find there is too much of it, and the most interesting parts of the sky are closer to the bottom. Since the most dramatic portions of your image are all in the lower 1/6th of the photo, I think having a panormic crop of just the mountain itself with some sky above it to be a better frame for the photo. Quite a good capture nonetheless!! |

| I like the photo very much..grayscale works well and the starkness is very appealing..My only suggestion would be to change the title..I see a storm coming. It is one of my 10's. |

| Oddly enough, I like what I consider negative space at the top of the picture. It makes the landscape look isolated and barren. Good use of bw, I think. |

| This photo is stunning. I don't like the title. This looks everything but tranquil. It looks very turbulent to me. It may be because the black white makes the clouds look stormy. I'm not going hold the title against you though because you were there. It may have been the most calm and peaceful day ever. Great work. |
