 Darn the basic rules for not letting me spot edit out the glare from the monitor in the middle of the frame. There seems to be some controversy on my other photo in the current challenge about using a gradient fill for a background, so I thought I'd use (what always seemed to me) the copout method of using a computer monitor. This shot was a little rushed, I didn't have time to pose it enough times for my liking. It was hard to pose us both with a 10 second timer on the camera. I would also have liked to make the lighting more flattering to Kate, especially the shine on the nose.

Nice Idea... I just find the mans bristles and the hands or whatever they are at the bottom are an unnecessary intrusion a clean shave and a tighter crop and this gets an 8 or a 9. The lighting is incredibly funky.

love the lighting (except for the bright spot on her nose) cropping is very good. the tight crop creates a very intimate feeling in the picture. well done.
