Created a mini beach for my watch. The beach lounge was built to scale for this project. (Patent pending on construction plans :-)

This was a fun and educating project.

I hope everybody enjoys it as much as I do.

Hey, where's the sun? Ah well, western Wastington state isn't known for that.

Good color. Great composition. I can see all of the work that went into this photo.

To me all that seems missing here is the "wow" factor. Could this picture possibly produce that? It's possible, with some artificial sun added. if you can, go back and try some different lighting. It could allow you to create sparkles off the face and band of your watch.

I really enjoyed this picture.

This is an interesting concept but it just looks a little too contrived for my taste... not my style or preference :( - setzler

This is very creative, fun and well executed. It is very hard to iluminate shining metal without flares. The details in the composition are great, such as the sea shells. It reminds me of Sponge Bob Square Pants (don't ask why). It seems you were the one chosen this week to provide the idea for next weeks challenge, which is humor, for which this image and title would have been perfect.

doesnt seem to meet the challenege... feel free to email me and explain, as it seems more like an ordinary something in a strange place, rather than a strange something in a strange place

neat idea and nice lawn chair.

Well taken, silly shot. Nice find with the tiny sea shells and chair. Good use of alternate props for using the pine tree for dune grass, nearly fooled me. Good lighting, no nasty glare spots. Challenge met with a good degree of creativity. I had initially scored this an 8, but it's good enough to go 9 (score upgrade!). Swash

Cute shot. The lighting seems a bit dull, but still unique enough to be in my top 10 this week. Nice shot!

Great idea. I can't say that I have seen too many watches out sun bathing when I have been at the beach. Great work!!
