produced symmetrical image using "Mirror" filter in Paint.net

produced symmetrical photo frame image in similar manner using a camera phone capture of an old fashioned looking wall clock

straightened, cropped, and selectively sharpened image using Capture NX2

applied vignette in Paint.net

added frame texture in Canvas X

tinted eyes, and final size and save for DPC using Capture NX2

this was SUCH a FUN challenge... i call it the "ancestor abuse" challenge.

Congratulations on TT. I love the combination of vintage and manipulation (I was wondering about Neat's point though). I LOVE your 'family album', what a cool collection of characters.

I think the inclusion of the broad band of ornate frame at the bottom is very clever - seems more like an extension of her dress than a frame and draws her face down even more. Congratulations on the top ten, Mark.
