 Saw this challenge that morning. Amazingly enough, this composition popped into my mind when I thought of our planned hike for Saddle Mountain that afternoon. Leaving late afternoon my mom, my girlfriend, Laura and I climbed the 3000ft over 3 miles to the top. We arrived at this knoll and the view and lighting was much more amazing than I could have imagined. Laura and I spent some time there before I asked her to bask in the beauty while I photographed her. Light from on high as she is lifted up in the glory of creation. How beautiful to watch sunset from the top and hike back in the dark.

Looks suspiciously like a friends location. Love the island of mountains in the BG casting shadows. Shadows perfect too and lines are leading to your subject.

Wow! The light and color are magnificent and that figure celebrating the new day day's end is very special. Voted earlier - top five and probably blue.

The upper part of this image is... flawless! I love it!

It gets a bit grainy in the lower left... but I totally love that light!
