Yes, it's Disney Hall. Again. Brent_S, who is visiting from Seattle, really wanted to go, and I really wanted to meet Brent. So...
I actually did not shoot anything for this challenge, but when I got home, I realized I could make this shot work. I kept wanting to process it more, but except for a tiny crop and a color shift to cool tones (the steel at DH is incredibly warm-toned), I only succeeded in making it look worse. Here he is in front of this location,
and when he moved away, I saw the shot I entered.

Thank you for your generous votes and wonderful comments. I'm so glad this did well - and yes, I couldn't believe the next challenge was Blue Architecture....

congrats Johanna, both on the ribbon and the birthday! Well done!too bad, you could not submit it to blue architecture - this would be double-ribboner for sure
Wonderful image. I could almost get lost in the lines. I just wish I knew why the three people felt obligated to drop the 1s and 2s on this image. It must be jealousy.
Ha! So are you glad I dragged you out into the heat now Johanna? So glad you bagged a very useful shot from the session and I had lots of fun being there shooting with you :) Congrats!
Yay! Got to love it when a photo like this can ribbon in a challenge without having to think long and hard about shooting it for the challenge. You're just good! Congrats!
I think this is one of the stock wallpapers on my cell phone. It looks like that Disney opera house that has popped up a few times around here. Very pleasing to look at.
